The hot stamping machine can be used to heat all kinds of hot stamping on cotton, hemp, chemical fiber and other fabrics through heat transfer printing. It can also be used for silk screen printing, glue paste, foaming and other process heat treatment. It can also be used to bake color color marks, portrait photos, landscape patterns and other patterns on porcelain plates and metal plates. It is especially suitable for making medals, commemorative cards, cultural shirts and so on. It is economical, practical and has exquisite patterns. It is replacing the traditional embroidery and screen printing, but its cost and effect are much lower than and superior to the general embroidery and multi-color screen printing.

There are three concepts on the bronzing machine: pressure, temperature and time.

Working mechanism: by heating the hot plate, with a certain pressure, a specific temperature and time, the transfer paper layer and thermosetting fit onto the substrate or penetrate into the substrate.

(1) Microcomputer intelligent temperature controller / time integrated controller is adopted, with high accuracy (temperature accuracy up to ± 0.5 ° C);

(2) The heating wire and the heating plate are integrally cast, safe, durable and evenly distributed;

(3) The heating plate is coated with feflon anti sticking coating;

(4) Electronic time control, process completion signal alarm indication;

(5) The pressure can be adjusted at will;

(6) The bottom plate is equipped with high temperature resistant foam silicone rubber plate, which is resistant to 350 ° C without deformation.

1. Pull up the direct pressure handle to fully open the heating plate. Plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on; note: due to the high power of the machine, the whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire!!!

2. Temperature adjustment: press “+” or “-” to set the temperature, press “+” to increase the set value of the temperature, and press “-” to reduce the set value of the temperature.

3. Adjust the left timer knob to a proper time of 10 seconds (the time depends on different materials);

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter the constant temperature state;

5. Place the transfer object such as clothes and its flat on the printing platform, stack the pictures to be transferred, and press down the pressure handle with force; note: the pressure should not be too large, otherwise the pressure handle will be deformed! Adjust the pressure in advance.

6、 When the time comes, the buzzer rings. Lift up the pressure handle, take out the printed matter such as clothes, and tear off the bottom paper.

7. The temperature of baking metal plate is generally 170-200 ℃, the time is 20-40 seconds; the temperature of baking porcelain plate is generally 200-220 ℃, the time is 120-150 seconds; the temperature of baking fabric is generally 120-140 ℃, the time is 5-10 seconds

Hot plate is the core component of the hot stamping machine, so we should pay attention to it when choosing the hot stamping machine.

The upper and lower plates shall be made of aluminum, and the heating pipe shall be cast in the aluminum plate. The above plate is slotted with aluminum plate, and then pasted on it with heating pipe, which will cause unnecessary energy loss, and have the disadvantages of slow temperature rise, large temperature difference, etc.

If the lower plate is made of iron plate or other materials, it will be easy to deform and age if it works under high temperature and pressure for a long time.

According to the area of the heating plate, the upper and lower plates have weight standards. If they are too light and thin, the heating plate will easily deform and affect the use. Generally speaking, the greater the weight, the more reliable the performance.

After the upper plate of the hot stamping machine is pressed down, it should be absolutely parallel to the lower plate. If the upper and lower plates are close to each other, a piece of hard paper or other pieces of flexible material can be placed on the four corners, and then the handle is pressed down. After the upper and lower plates are locked, pull the hard paper outward to know whether the upper and lower plates are flat and whether the machine is qualified.
