Screen printing process

1 Select screen frame

Because there are gradation colored stripes in the design drawing, in order to achieve a better printing effect, 300-350 mesh is used in the selection of the screen, the mesh number determines the printing detail.

2 Apply photosensitive adhesive

The inside and outside of the silk mesh frame were covered with three photosensitive adhesives.

3 Network printing plate

Uv printing using the photosensitive glue ultraviolet irradiation light solid principle, design of black film parts keep out ultraviolet ray, so was not because ultraviolet light to design part, photosensitive glue not curing jams mesh, rinse rinse clean plate will be unset photosensitive glue, need printing design part can keep printing mesh, complete all the color plate printing production process all the same.

4 Printing background color

In order to test the effect of covering power of screen printing, a total of 24 pieces of the whole design are printed, each of which is a set of 12 pieces. One set is printed on primary color PVC, and the other is printed on PVC with silver background color. Finally, the color difference of ink of the same color on different background color is observed, so as to test the effect of covering power of screen printing.

5 Allocation of ink color separation printing

Mix the colors according to the proofing, in order from the bottom pattern printing.Dry one color block before printing the next 29 color blocks.Compared with other ways of printing, the selection of screen printing way, every color can control yourself to allocate, in the process of printing, like a painting full of fun, the process of the whole people to participate in the copy of their own design implementation, unlike commercial mass production, more like art with life, fully proved that the silk screen printing a lot of colors can be easily printed.The face of the characters on the left side of the design is semi-transparent.
